Test Robot Safety Like a Pro
Force & pressure testing equipment for collaborative robotics. Modular, Biofidelic. ISO/TS 15066-compliant.

The Complete CoboSafe Product Family
From compact force measurement to complete verification systems, CoboSafe provides the tools you need for collaborative robot safety compliance.

COBOSAFE CBSF
The flagship CoboSafe CBSF force gauge precisely measures permissible loads for transient and quasi-static collisions, facilitating collaborative robot risk analysis. It includes nine distinct force gauges, each featuring a spring constant ranging from 10 N/mm to 150 N/mm.

CBSF-XS
Designed for grippers and confined gaps, enabling quick evaluation of collision thresholds and pressure during transient calibration. It maintains the same accuracy as the CBSF and supports rapid, in-situ assessments without any additional equipment.

CBSF-75-BASIC
Hand-held measurement device with only one spring constant used to determine the existing collision forces and pressures for the various body zones (excluding the head area). Suitable for applications primarily not speed-oriented.

CoboSafe-Scan
Based on FUJIFILM Prescale pressure measurement films, this system records pressure distribution and maximum pressure. Using a scanner and a custom calibration sheet, the pressure image is imported into CoboSafe-Vision software for automatic evaluation.
