A German sales desk early in the morning, headset on and mid-call, an industrial plant visible through the window

DACH market desk

Your German prospects go home before you get to your desk.

You've got a product German-speaking industry wants and nobody in Europe to sell it. We become your German-speaking sales desk, opening the conversations by phone, following up in writing, and booking the first meetings.

Worked monthly

200 to 300

DACH contacts we research and work every month across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Go-live

Week 5

Your German-language outreach goes live, right after the 4-week setup sprint.

Every word

German

Every call and every email, by people who grew up with the language. The phone opens, the email follows once they say yes.

The problem

Your product is ready. German industry is buying. Your emails sit unread.

You built a product that sells across North America. European inquiries arrive now and then, maybe from a show, maybe an inbound form. You answer in English, the thread goes quiet, and nobody ever tells you why.

The clock is on your side here, which makes the miss sting more. Stuttgart is 6 hours ahead of New York, so a 7 am call from Chicago lands mid-afternoon in a German machine shop. There's a live window every single morning. You just have nobody sitting in it. By 10 am, when your sales team is at full speed, the German working day is packing up and your reply waits until tomorrow.

You have no European team and no brand a German buyer recognizes. Hiring a German sales person is a six-figure bet you can't place until the pipeline exists, and that pipeline won't build itself. That's the trap.

We have been selling into German-speaking industry since 2001.

Inmotion Europe has run B2B growth marketing for industrial companies out of Austria for 25 years, with German, Austrian and Swiss industry at the core of it. In 2015 we opened Inmotion USA with a partner in Jacksonville, placing European manufacturers into American sales channels. So when we open a conversation with a German buyer on your behalf, we are working our home market.

How it works

One machine that works Germany while your office is still filling up.

Your outsourced DACH sales desk, booking first meetings on retainer.

A market desk is the function most North American manufacturers skip when they go to Europe. Somebody who finds the right accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, opens the conversations in German, and books the meetings so you can close them. Big exporters run whole teams of them. In Europe you have nobody.

We become that desk for you, running on an engine tuned to your product, your voice, and the German-speaking buyer you want. Every email and message goes out in German, so the output reads like it came from inside your company. As far as the prospect can tell, it did.

search

Research

We cover the full DACH market for your category, researching and scoring the people inside every account worth pursuing, 200 to 300 a month.

campaign

Outreach

German calls open the conversation, email and LinkedIn follow, all under your brand. You approve every list and message before anything goes out.

handshake

Meetings

Interested replies book straight into your calendar, and we host the first ones with you, carrying the German where it helps.

What's included

Outbound Core, your DACH pipeline engine.

Everything that turns cold German-speaking accounts into booked meetings, run for you every week.

search

Full-market research

We research and enrich 200 to 300 contacts a month across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, scored against your ideal customer, and re-touch accounts on new triggers as the named list matures.

mail

German calls, then German email

A native speaker calls the decision-maker, establishes why your product is relevant to their operation, and asks permission to send the details. The email that follows is written in German in your voice and sent from a dedicated domain we register and warm for you, so your main company domain stays clean.

groups

LinkedIn outreach

Connection notes and messages drafted in German and sent from your team's own LinkedIn profiles, with the founder as the default sender. We write, you send. Real people, no automation bots.

description

Product content, in German

One-pagers, proof points, and case snippets written in German around your product and dropped into the sequences, so every touch says something concrete. Translated copy reads as translated, so this is written in German rather than converted into it.

handshake

Meeting setting and joint first meetings

We book interested prospects straight into your calendar, then host the first 1:1 meetings together with you, so you learn the German buyer while we carry the intro and the language.

web

German landing page

A German-language landing page built for your product and your DACH buyer, the hub your sequences, content, and booking link all point to.

monitoring

Weekly dashboard and monthly review

A weekly pipeline dashboard showing contacts reached, replies, and meetings booked, plus a monthly review call to read the numbers and adjust.

The upsell tier

Demand & Nurture, for the leads that aren't ready yet.

Everything in Outbound Core, plus a demand engine for the “interested, not now” pool that Core builds. Worth adding once that pool is big enough to work, usually a few months in.

co_present

Webinar program

A live webinar every 6 to 8 weeks where you present and we handle the topic, invitations, registration page, tech, moderation, and follow-up. We moderate in German and carry the Q&A, so your expertise lands even when your German doesn't.

forum

Nurture engine

German email nurture sequences and LinkedIn content built around your product that keep not-ready leads warm until their timing changes, so the pipeline you paid to build doesn't leak.

article

Lead magnets and gated content

German guides, checklists, and gated assets that pull new DACH prospects into the top of the funnel and give your sequences a reason to reach out.

Month 3

Review and grow

We read the numbers together at the monthly review and decide whether to add Demand & Nurture for the interested-but-not-yet pool that Core has built.

Inside the sequence

Every prospect runs the same 8-touch sequence, and it opens with a phone call.

That order is deliberate, and it is the part most American outbound gets wrong in Germany. A Vertriebsleiter picks up the phone. The same person deletes an English email from a name he doesn't know without opening it. So we open in German by voice, ask whether we may send the details, and the email follows the moment he says yes. Written material lands on a desk that is already expecting it.

  1. call
    Day 0 Phone

A German call to the decision-maker we researched, naming why your product fits their plant, ending with the ask: may we send you the details by email?

  2. mail
    Day 0 Email

The email they just agreed to, sent the same hour while the call is fresh, in German, from your own domain.

  3. groups
    Day 2 LinkedIn

A connection request in German from your team's profile, usually the founder.

  4. call
    Day 5 Phone

Second call for everyone we didn't reach. A production decision-maker is rarely at the desk on the first try, and this touch converts more than any other.

  5. mail
    Day 8 Email

A product-specific proof point for their application, to the contacts who opted in.

  6. groups
    Day 12 LinkedIn

A short German message once the connection is accepted.

  7. mail
    Day 16 Email

A case snippet plus a booking link, often built around the service and spare-parts question a German buyer asks early.

  8. call
    Day 24 Phone

A last call to the warm ones who went quiet. In German industry a follow-up call reads as diligence, not pressure.

When a prospect says yes, they book straight into your calendar and we host the 1:1 with you. When they're interested but not ready, they move into the nurture pool, the pipeline that Demand & Nurture is built to work.

Track record

We have run this crossing in both directions, and Europe is the side we started on.

rocket_launch
Eastbound, since 2001

Inmotion Europe has run B2B growth marketing for industrial companies for 25 years: positioning, campaigns, and the conversations that come out of them, with German-speaking markets at the core. Two of those manufacturers we took into Europe from zero. The same people who write your strategy make the calls.

public
Westbound, since 2015

Inmotion USA has spent a decade placing European industrial brands into US sales channels: research, positioning, outreach, and the rep and distributor networks behind them. So we have also been the foreign vendor with no name recognition, writing to buyers who already had a supplier they liked. We know which sentence gets a reply and which one gets deleted.

Demand & Nurture

Everything in Core, plus the German webinar program, nurture engine, and lead magnets that work your not-ready pool.

verified

You approve everything before it goes out, and the full pipeline sits in a live dashboard you can read any day of the week. The 3-month minimum on Core is there because cold outreach needs a warmed domain and a few sequence cycles to show what it's worth, and one month can't do that. There's no money-back promise attached to it. We also take on a limited number of engagements at a time, because the same people who write the strategy make the calls.

Common questions

Questions North American manufacturers ask first.

chevron_right Does the outreach actually happen in German?

Yes, written and spoken, by people who grew up with the language. This is the single biggest reason English-language outreach into Germany fails. A Vertriebsleiter at a 40-person Fachhändler will simply not answer an English cold email, and a translated one reads as translated within a sentence. Everything we send on your behalf is written in German from scratch: the sequences, the one-pagers, the landing page, and every reply we handle for you.

chevron_right Whose name is the outreach under?

Yours. Emails come from a dedicated sending domain on your brand, and LinkedIn messages go from your team's own profiles, with the founder as the default sender. We write the German, you press send. Inmotion first appears at the first meeting. To the prospect it's your company reaching out, because it is.

chevron_right How fast until we're getting meetings?

Outreach goes live in week 5, once the 4-week setup sprint has warmed your domain and built your lists. First replies and conversations come in during month 1, and meetings start flowing through month 2 as the sequences mature. German-speaking buyers take longer to commit than American ones and then stay far longer, which cuts both ways.

chevron_right Do we need a German entity or CE marking before you start?

No entity. You can run German-language outreach and book meetings without a European company, and plenty of manufacturers sell into Europe long before they set one up. CE is a different matter. A serious buyer asks on the first call whether your machine carries CE conformity and whether the documentation exists in German, because conformity and product liability obligations land on them the moment it sits on their floor. We flag what your category requires during the sprint and point you at a notified body if you need one. We don't perform conformity assessment ourselves.

chevron_right What's the difference between the two tiers, and when do I need webinars?

Outbound Core books meetings from cold outreach. Demand & Nurture adds German webinars, nurture sequences, and lead magnets to work the “interested, not now” pool that Core builds. Start on Core. Add Demand & Nurture once that pool is big enough to be worth working, which usually takes a few months.

chevron_right What if we decide we want distributors instead?

Then we point the same machine at partners. Our DACH Channel Partner Search finds agents and distributors across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and works every candidate through to a signed agreement. Some clients prove German demand with direct outreach first, then build the channel on top of it. Others sell direct for the long haul. You pick the route, and you can switch.

chevron_right What happens once you've contacted our whole DACH market?

Most niche German-speaking markets are finite, a few hundred to a couple thousand real buyers, and we size yours in the sprint so we both know the ceiling going in. We work the named accounts, then keep producing four ways. We nurture the “interested, not now” majority until their timing turns. We re-touch accounts on new triggers, a fresh case study, a new product, a change on their side. We widen the ICP into adjacent segments, into Austria and Switzerland as separate commercial questions, and into new buyer roles. And once direct demand is proven, DACH channel partners can extend your reach into the long tail. Direct outreach is front-loaded by design, and the retainer's long-term value is the cultivation that keeps a finite market producing.

chevron_right How is this different from hiring a German sales rep?

A German sales person costs six figures a year once you add employer contributions and the company car everyone in the role expects, plus months of hiring, a ramp, and statutory notice periods if it doesn't work out. We give you that same function (research, German outreach, booked meetings) on a monthly retainer, live in weeks, at a fraction of the cost. We need about 3 to 4 hours a week from you: approving the reply drafts we send over, batch-sending the queued LinkedIn messages from your profile (roughly 15 minutes a day), and, on Demand & Nurture, presenting the webinar. Many clients run us first, then hand the warm machine to the rep they eventually hire.

chevron_right What happens to the pipeline if we stop?

It's yours. The domain, the lists, the German sequences, the landing page, and every contact and conversation live in your systems. Stop the retainer and you keep the machine. Hand it to your first European hire and they inherit a warm pipeline instead of a blank CRM.
